Specnow’s new high vacuum furnace range includes standard top loading and horizontal loading systems for batch production, R&D and laboratory environments. All machines are available with our Microlink control system, configured for AMS2750D and nadcap protocols. We design and manufacture special furnaces to customer specification, including small footprint, semi continuous systems for the manufacturing cell.

Specnow serves the growing market for improvements to established furnace installations. Our engineers refurbish, upgrade, or totally restore the plant to original capability: the costs of a major rebuild can be quite modest compared to new equipment purchase. We have carried out many major projects for companies that were experiencing maintenance and operational difficulties .Problems are frequently encountered with obsolete process controls. Specnow's Human Machine Interfacing and SCADA packages provide the solution, restoring reliability while increasing visibility. As well as giving a full picture of what is happening to furnace and load, our controls and software allow customers to access us for on-line support and diagnostics, reducing the number of call-outs.
